Our client has an opening for a Marketing Administrator, this role has evolved through expansion. The main duties will involve answering incoming calls, coordinating the companies marketing and advertising, this will involve direct mail, media advertising and monitoring and updating the website. Must be confident at using databases and have the ability to create and record leads. This role will also involve liaising with the sales departments and coming up with ideas and designing layouts for various promotional material such as mailshots, brochures etc. This position would suit a creative and self-motivated individual with a flair for design. Previous marketing experience essential as is a background in administration. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, have a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to communicate and take guidance from senior managers.
